Pinnacle Signworks is the customer-facing brand of Pinnacle Agencies Ltd., a British Columbia industrial engraving and contractor signage company that's been producing labels, tags, and data plates for BC contractors for over 17 years.
Who we are.
We're a specialist industrial engraving shop. We make the labels, tags, and data plates that identify panels, mark valves, tag equipment, and keep job sites organized for the contractors, utilities, and industrial teams across British Columbia.
We don't sell trophies, vehicle wraps, or retail signs. We exist for one thing: precise, durable, fast-turnaround identification for the people who keep BC running.
What changed (and what didn't).
Pinnacle Agencies Ltd. has been in business since 2008. For most of those years, we worked through referrals, repeat customer relationships, and word-of-mouth among BC's contractor community.
In 2025–2026, we rebranded under the trade name Pinnacle Signworks — a name that says clearly what we do — and built our first proper digital presence. The brand is new. The hands behind the laser are not.
What we believe.
Specialists, not generalists
A great industrial label shop doesn't try to also be a great trophy shop. We've stayed focused on the contractor, trade, and industrial market because that's where deep expertise matters most.
On time means on time
Project deadlines aren't suggestions. We quote a realistic timeline up front, and we hit it. When something is going to take longer — we say so before you commit, not after.
Whatever you send us, we'll work with
A panel schedule in PDF, a CSV from your project software, a photo of a hand-drawn list, a CAD file, a sketch on a napkin. The job of figuring it out is ours, not yours.
Engraved means permanent
Printed labels peel and fade. Engraved labels survive the equipment. That's why our customers come back — and why their projects pass inspection the first time.
Where we work
British Columbia first.
We serve customers across BC — with primary focus on the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, and the Okanagan. As the business grows we're expanding our reach into larger Alberta markets.
Metro Vancouver
Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam (our shop), Surrey, Richmond, North Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Langley, Abbotsford, and all surrounding municipalities.
Vancouver Island
Victoria, Nanaimo, Courtenay, Campbell River, and all points between. Sunshine Coast and Coast Mountain regions also served.
Okanagan + AB
Kelowna, Kamloops, Penticton, Vernon, and the BC Interior. Plus expanding service to Calgary, Edmonton, and other major Alberta markets.
