Materials
Every material that matters.
From standard Lamacoid to archival-grade Metalphoto — we work with the substrates your application actually calls for, not just what's easy.
Don't see the material you need? Ask. If it's a contractor or industrial substrate, we can probably produce it.
Files & specs
What to send us — and how.
Send what you have. We'll work with whatever format makes sense — panel schedule, list, photo, or just a message.
Easiest to work with
PDF, AI, SVG — vector files give us clean, scalable artwork. Best for custom shapes and complex layouts.
CSV or Excel — perfect for panel schedules, breaker lists, or any job with a long list of labels. We'll lay them out and proof them.
We'll work with whatever you have
JPG, PNG, photos — including phone photos of printed panel schedules. We'll handle the rest.
Word docs, emails, hand-written lists — send it. We'll figure it out and send a proof for approval if the job calls for one.
What we need to quote accurately
- → Quantity — how many pieces total
- → Material preference — or let us recommend based on the application
- → Size — dimensions if you know them, or the equipment they'll mount to
- → Mounting method — adhesive backed, drilled holes, mechanical fasteners
- → Text content — the actual words/numbers to engrave
- → Deadline — when you need it on site

Timelines
Standard, rush, and next-day.
We work to contractor deadlines. Here's what to expect on lead time.
Standard turnaround
3–5 business days from approved proof to ready-for-pickup or shipping. Most jobs fall here.
Rush turnaround
1–2 business days available when the job needs it. Quoted up front with a rush fee depending on quantity and material availability.
Next-day / same-day
Available on smaller standard-material jobs when called in early. Call 604-786-3007 to check feasibility before submitting.
Large orders
Big runs take longer — we'll quote a realistic timeline based on quantity, material lead time, and finishing requirements. No surprises.
